Overview

Pioneer Square which is Seattle’s first neighborhood features over 20 city blocks of Victorian Romanesque architecture, more than 30 fine art galleries, over 200 unique and independently-owned shops, and the entertainment epicenter of Seattle's nightlife. Pioneer Square situated between downtown and the stadiums, the International District, and the waterfront, enjoys a central location, easily accessible by foot, bus, trolley, car, commuter trail, train or ferry.

There are many landmarks to view such as; Pioneer Square Park and Pergola, Smith Tower, Waterfall Garden, Grand Central Arcade, Occidental Park, Occidental Pedestrian Walk, Fallen Firefighter’s Memorial, Klondike Gold Rush National Park, Waterfront Streetcar, King Street Center/Union Station, and Triangle Building. There are also many restaurants and coffee houses located around Pioneer Square to enjoy.
